Welcome to HCYC!

We are Hixson’s ONLY dedicated yoga studio! We are so happy to serve this community and want to invite you to practice with us. We opened our doors July 1, 2025 and quickly learned how much Hixson was craving a center that focuses on health and wellbeing. We are a hub for friends, old and new, to connect in like-minded healthy practices that create a sense of calm and ease.

We thrive to be an inviting space that not only guides you through an amazing experience of yoga postures, breath and relaxation, but that also offers workshops and events that take you beyond the typical yoga practice. We find masters in their field, local and far away, to educated you in a variety of modalities and practices, in hopes they advance your own personal knowledge and bring you closer to your own personal wellness goals.

OFFERINGS

  • WEEKLY CLASSES

    We offer a variety of classes that vary in focus and ability level.

  • MONTHLY SOUNDBATHS

    Every second Sunday of the month we offer an hour-long Sound Bath Meditation at 4pm.

  • WORKSHOPS AND SPECIAL EVENTS

    We strive to bring a variety of health and wellness teachings to our community from masters in their field both far and local.

  • PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS

    One-on-one, small groups in studio or on location, we offer personalized yoga sessions for your personal goals or special events.

  • REIKI

    Schedule your one-on-one Reiki session with Sarah. Choose from 60 or 90 minutes.

  • SPACE RENTAL

    Do have a special event but nowhere to host it? We have several time slots available for studio rental. Let us know how we can help.

  • PARTNERSHIP WITH CHATTANOOGA DANCE THEATRE

    Our dear neighbors host three children’s dance classes at our studio every Thursday from 4 - 6:15 pm.

  • RETREATS

    Retreating is an amazing way to get out of survival mode and reach a new level of awareness and ease.
