A SOUND BATH EXPERIENCE 

In this special edition of Second Sunday Sound Bath, we will be tuning in to the high frequency of appreciation!

When we take the time to put pen to paper with a clear intention, it has the ability to magnify the vibration of that intention more so than just thinking about it.

In this session, Debbie will begin by guiding you with some prompted journaling.  You'll have the ability to create specificity and intention in your appreciation as we open our hearts and elevate the vibration of gratitude.

We will then get cozy for a Sound Bath experience to continue to amp up the frequency, for a whole-body upgrade!
